Detroit Announces Safety Cloud® Deployment

Detroit has become the largest U.S. city to deploy Safety Cloud by HAAS Alert across its public safety fleet, cementing its role as a national leader in road safety technology. Following a successful pilot that delivered over 100,000 alerts, the Detroit Fire Department will equip every fire apparatus with Safety Cloud, while the Detroit Police Department is rolling it out across a number of patrol vehicles citywide. Together, these investments will better protect first responders and residents on every call. This investment reflects Detroit’s broader transformation into a hub for mobility and technology, showing how the city is leading with innovation and turning new ideas into safer streets for every community.
