# How to add / update the HAAS Alert SDK application file to Ericsson's Netcloud Manager

The HAAS Alert SDK application file controls when Ericsson Cradlepoint devices send vehicle information to Safety Cloud.

Your HAAS Alert integration specialist should have provided a .tar.gz file — you’ll upload this file into NetCloud Manager during this step.

Follow the instructions below to add (or update) the SDK in your account.

## Before You Begin

You'll need:

- Access to **Ericsson's Netcloud Manager**
- The **HAAS Alert SDK (.tar.gz) file** provided by your integration specialist
- Permission to add or update applications within NetCloud

## Add or Update the HAAS Alert SDK application

1. Log in to [Netcloud Manager](https://accounts.cradlepointecm.com/#/login "")
2. In the left navigation pane, select **Tools**
3. Under the SDK tab, verify that **Enable NCOS SDK** is turned on
4. Click + Add SDK Application
5. Upload the .tar.gz file provided by HAAS Alert and click **Upload**

**Warning:** If you see any existing HAAS Alert or NCOS SDK applications listed under **Available Apps. STOP IMMEDIATELY** and [contact HAAS Alert Support](mailto:support@haasalert.com "") before proceeding. Installing a second application can cause unexpected behavior.
