Digital Alerting Transponder (HA-5 or HA-7)

Standalone device that mounts to the inside of vehicles and includes cellular and GPS capabilities.

Exclusion Zone (EZ)

A geo-fenced geometric circle used to prevent stationary alerts. Moving alerts will continue to be shown within this zone.

HA-Direct (HA-D)

Hardware-less way to connect to send/receive R2V alerts through already installed solutions such as Samsara, Cradlepoint, Geotab, and others.

### Incident

Incident

When a HAAS Alert connected vehicle is “active” in the roadway and has not moved for a period of time. This creates a stationary hazard.

Relay (FF)

An add-on solution that allows a department to utilize their vehicle data in systems they own such as computer-aided dispatch systems.
